Rewilding The Self
A 6-Week Journey to Reconnection and Embodied Aliveness

About This Journey

Rewilding the Self is a 6-week small group journey into embodied presence, inner listening, and reconnection with the living world.

This is a guided experiential process for people who sense they are at a threshold — and want to feel more grounded, alive, and in deeper relationship with themselves and life.

Together, we slow down enough to notice what has become overfull, disconnected, or quiet within us, and begin listening for what wants to emerge.

Through reflection, embodiment, nature-based practice, and shared inquiry, participants are invited into a more honest and life-connected way of being.

We work through reflection, embodiment, and nature-based practices including:

  • guided reflection and deep imagery

  • embodied awareness and nervous system grounding

  • nature-based attention and observation

  • group reflection and council

  • integration practices and personal inquiry
